Where we ship

We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 AUD. Orders under $75 attract a flat shipping fee of $9.95 AUD.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times

Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers across Australia. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days from the date of your order.

Some products may arrive sooner depending on your location and the supplier's dispatch schedule. Delivery to regional and remote areas may take slightly longer.

We'll always send you a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its progress.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].

Delayed or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days of placing it, please get in touch and we'll investigate with our supplier. We'll always do our best to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible.
