Returns & refunds
Our returns policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 30-day returns policy on all products.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You'll need your order confirmation email as proof of purchase
We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or are not in their original condition, unless the item is faulty.
How to start a return
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for your return
We'll respond within one business day with return instructions and a return address.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please allow a further 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Faulty or damaged items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Australian Consumer Law
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
